Commercial real estate appraiser with 18 years of progressive valuation and appraisal review experience in a variety of property types for a broad range of local, regional, and national clients. Assignments have included valuation, market analysis, and advisory services on existing and proposed commercial properties including retail, industrial, office, multi-family, lodging facilities, restaurants, mixed-use developments, senior housing, residential and commercial subdivisions, special-purpose properties, and land. Specialized experience includes the valuation of funeral homes, c-stores, car wash facilities, marinas, religious facilities, and private schools.
