A senior appraiser with over 10 years of valuation and appraisal review experience across a broad range of property types on a local, regional, and national basis. Current specialized experience is focused on the valuation of retail petroleum facilities considering various property interests. Generalized appraisal experience includes the valuation and consulting assignments on a wide variety of commercial property types including general/medical office, industrial, multi-family, retail, mixed-use, hospitality/lodging, special-purpose (mitigation banks, conservation easements, waste-water treatment facilities, cell towers, poultry farms, convenience stores, car wash facilities, billboards, etc.), student housing, and residential subdivisions. Additional appraisal experience includes eminent domain/condemnation for local, state, and federal acquisitions. Generalized appraisal review experience includes typical commercial properties along with religious facilities, shopping centers, assisted living facilities, franchise restaurants, timber, various types of land, and LIHTC (low-income housing tax credit) apartments.
